Aspiring Member of Parliament for Kapiri Mposhi constituency, Victor Chisenga has commended President Hakainde Hichilema for deferring the ongoing process on Bill 7 of 2025 adding that this decision allows for further consultation with key stakeholders.  Pastor Chisenga in an interview with KBC news emphasized the importance of listening to the will and concerns of the people.
