Speaking in a telephone interview with KBC news, Mr Kakubo has said once this gets actualized much more economic and infrastructural development projects will take centre stage.
He reaffirmed government’s commitment to addressing the water challenge and other essential key public services in both rural and urban areas.
He acknowledged that it has not been easy for him to go round the constituency to appreciate what people are grappling with which is vast hence delimitation will help a great deal.
He also thanked residents for having accorded him an opportunity to serve them as their area lawmaker.
He further outlined some developmental projects that have been a success and the ones poised to come soon next year.
But some sections of residents have argued that much as it is a fact that the constituency is vast the population size is negligeable and that no excuse should be given.
