Youth and Arts Minister, ELVIS NKANDU has urged the police to take interest in young people who are abusing people on social media. Mr NKANDU, who is also UPND Deputy Spokesperson, says it is sad that some young people have taken to social media to insult elderly people. He says young people like FRANCIS KAPWEPWE, whose widely known as WHY ME are not good for society. Mr NKANDU said this during the handover ceremony of various empowerments to the youths in Mongu. He said the UPND is aware that WHY ME is allegedly being used by the opposition to insult President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA. Mr NKANDU further urged young people to desist from being used by politicians.
