Independent Aspiring Member of Parliament for Kapiri Mposhi constituency Gerald Mwamba has lamented the scenario which has been just been exposed over some bogus higher learning institutions.
Mr Mwamba has bemoaned this situation describing it as unfortunate considering that youths affected are from Kapiri Mposhi which has leadership in place but alas that has not been seen to take up the matter serious despite earlier reports having exposed this issue.
He has called on relevant authorities to get proactive by pursuing the matter thoroughly and to get to the bottom of this expose.
The 2026 Kapiri Mposhi parliamentary hopeful submitted his concern in the following statement to KBC news.
Meanwhile, an investigation across via social and traditional media platforms has revealed that Kapiri Mposhi Town Council may have awarded a CDF skills training contract in violation of TEVETA guidelines, sending students to some questionable tertiary institution.
