Lusaka pastor JOHN NUNDWE, widely known as JOHN GENERAL, has been found with a case to answer in a matter where he is accused of raping a church member.
When the case came up for ruling before Lusaka Magistrate AMY MASOJA, the court determined that the state had presented enough evidence to establish a prima facie case against the accused.
Magistrate MASOJA has now ordered that Pastor NUNDWE should present his defence.
